Currently, I'm completing a second M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from Midland University. Additionally, I have a Master Level Trainer certification from the Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI). In my role at ESU2, I oversee all aspects related to Mental Health and Social Emotional Behavioral Learning, having trained over 3,000 participants in CPI programs. I serve as the Project Director for the Mental Health Awareness Training grant. I have also led several whole-district training initiatives on de-escalation and behavior management. Prior to my current role, I worked as a classroom behavior teacher.
